CAROL YOUNES is a criminal defence lawyer who is extremely passionate about her work.

Carol appears in the Children’s Court, Local Court, District Court and Supreme Court to defend her clients on a daily basis. Carol has a high level of experience in local court pleas, defended hearings, mental health applications, bail applications and district court appeals, district court sentence matters, jury trials, licence appeals, habitual offender declarations and much more.

Her dedication and empathy towards each client sees Carol strive for an outcome to ensure the client is most satisfied with the result. She believes strongly in advising her clients about what the most realistic outcome will be in relation to the charges they face. Her work ethic and determination means that she will always be in a position to provide high class representation to her client’s.

Carol regularly visits clients who are in custody at correctional centres throughout NSW including Silverwater MRRC, Parklea, Longbay right through to Kirkconnell and Dillwynia.

In addition to defending clients who are facing criminal charges, Carol appears on behalf of clients who are the victims of crime – such as those in need of compensation flowing from an act of violence inflicted on them or a close family member. Carol is also a guest volunteer lecturer at the Traffic Offenders Intervention Program regularly held at Daceyville, South Sydney, Bankstownand Parramatta PCYC’s.
