Facts: Client was being issued a parking ticket by police when they used capsicum spray on him and then 6 police tried to get him out of the car, some hitting him with batons. Client charged with assaulting police, resisting arrest and using an implement to avoid arrest.

Result: After cross-examining all police over 2 days all charges dismissed and the police ordered to pay our clients legal fees.
