Justice at Last. Your assistance is very much appreciated. Carol was very competent and professional. 

The Prosecutor did not utter a word. The Magistrate read all our material, briefly commented about the Pharmacology Report, some medical references of mine and TOIP’s reference about me, then listened to Carol’s oral submission in favour of a S10 Bond, and then, more or less, he just handed down his ruling. As simple as that!

The NSW Police were nowhere to be seen. I think your plea of “not guilty” and the Pharmacology Report set the scene. No contest from them!

One for the NGS website comments , I’d say!

I have ended up where I planned to be when I appointed NGS in mid-March. So, certainly no complaints from this end!
