Traffic matter - traffic lawyers Sydney and Parramatta Offices
Waverley Local Court
Represented by solicitor: Robert Hoyles
Facts: Client was prosecuted for proceeding through an amber traffic light. Client disputed that he was able to stop safely before the intersection. He was not travelling above speed limit
Result: Charge was dismissed. We sought costs on the basis that our client had proceeded through an amber traffic ‘arrow’ not a ‘light’. We were successful in our costs application and the NSW Police Service paid our client for his legal fees.
