The facts: Client attacked by security personnel and during violent scuffle, client bit 3 security officers as the client was being choked, stomped and punched unlawfully. Despite being captured by CCTV, client was convicted and given suspended prison sentences pursuant to Section 12 Crimes (Sentencing Procedure) Act.

On Appeal: Conviction overturned. Civil proceedings commenced against the aggressors.
