CASE STUDY – Jury Trial

Every jury trial is different – it depends on many factors including the type of criminal law charges, police allegations, number of witnesses, available defences etc.

The Facts: Members of the jury were seen to be playing soduko during a lengthy trial involving 3 co-accused.

The Result: The jury was discharged. Our client eventually went to trial without the other co-accused and he was found not guilty by a jury that were paying careful attention to the evidence.
