Christopher Yee first came to Nyman Gibson Stewart to complete practical legal training following graduating with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Technology, Sydney.

His natural talent as an advocate and his passion for criminal law resulted in him being employed as a criminal defence solicitor with the firm immediately upon being admitted as a solicitor.

Christopher has worked in preparing a Merit Enquiry into Conviction and Sentence in a high profile triple homicide matter as well as other high profile cases.

Christopher has experience in a wide range of Criminal Law matters, including serious criminal matters such as Murder, Sexual Assault, Assault, Fraud and Drug offences, Theft, Mental Health Applications, Victims Compensation Restitution Hearings, Drug Importations, Firearms and Prohibited Weapons matter and the like.  He also looks after traffic offences such as Speeding (radar and Lidar), Driving whilst Disqualified/Suspended, Negligent and Dangerous Driving, Street Racing and Drink Driving. 

Christopher is available to visit inmates at prisons and gaols throughout the state. He is also experienced in running bail applications including weekend bail applications.

Irrespective of how serious or minor your offence might be, Christopher will always give you the attention you deserve.

Christopher appears at Local Courts across NSW  every day and is a keen advocate.
